Orders and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

Artworks are carefully packaged and insured during shipment. Delivery times vary by location and are communicated at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. International shipping may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

EU Consumer Rights, Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, though this right may not apply to personalized or customized artworks in certain circumstances as defined by EU law. Due to the unique nature of original artworks, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or significantly differs from its description. Any approved returns must be in original condition.
