Shipping Zones & Costs

• Europe (EU): from €25 standard (5-10 business days), €45 express (2-5 business days)
• United Kingdom: from €35 standard (7-14 business days), €65 express (3-7 business days)
• North America: from €55 standard (10-21 business days), €95 express (5-10 business days)
• Rest of World: from €75 standard (14-28 business days)

Packaging & Protection

Each painting is carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and protective foam, secured between rigid boards to prevent bending, and enclosed in waterproof outer packaging that protects against moisture and weather. All shipments include tracking numbers.

Processing & Insurance

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. All shipments are fully insured for their purchase value. Free shipping is available on orders over €500 within Europe.

Customs & Duties

For shipments outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs.

Delivery & Damage

A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your artwork reaches you safely. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
